Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 14 day return policy, which means items that have been returned back in the same condition as when purchased, with tags still attached, can be returned back to us for exchange or store credit, no refunds.
For items purchased online, you have 14 days from the date the package was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 14 day window, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
To initiate a return please follow the steps below:
- Reach out to info@heistboutique.com with the following information: your order number, items you’d like to return, address and phone number. We will email you and let you know if your return is eligible.
- Pack your items securely in a box and stick the Return Label on top. Item must be sent back to us with a tracking number.
- Drop off your package at your local Authorized Shipping Centre. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 14 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email.
Cancellations
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes, including cancellations or applying discounts. This policy is strictly enforced.
Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments. If a sale or flash sale occurs, we cannot adjust the price for items purchased prior to the sale.
Any item purchased with a discount of 30% or more is final sale.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue refunds or store credits on lost packages.
Holiday Return Policy
At Heist Boutique we want you to love your purchased items and gracious gifts!
If you aren't fully satisfied, we will gladly accept the return of new and unworn items purchased on or after Nov 25th, up until January 7th, with gift receipt and store tags attached. Items purchased after Nov 25th without a gift receipt are subject to our 14 day exchange policy.
Please note that any customs duties or charges associated with the return may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you believe your package is lost, or damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@heistboutique.com and we will launch an investigation and try to locate your package. If it is unable to be located, we will replace the items, or refund you for the items if the items you ordered are no longer available.
Undelivered items that are not picked up and are subsequently returned to us will not be eligible for return or exchange after the 14 day return window. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely collection of their package using the tracking details provided. If the item is returned to us due to non-collection, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the item back to their address. We kindly ask all customers to monitor their deliveries to avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges.
We don't manufacture our products and therefore don't offer any warranties. The repair or replacement of damaged items is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as hats, handbags, wallets, tights, jewelry, sunglasses and blue light glasses, candles, hair accessories, bodysuits and other intimates or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If eligible, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
